Keeping my brain sharp has always been one of my health priorities. However, in the last few years, I have noticed my memory performing worse.

Stories from Participants

I began to forget things here and there, which had created minor problems because of my forgetfulness. Every time I talked to my doctor about it, there didn’t seem to be a comprehensive test for other function related to memory, such as attention. One day at the yoga class I found out about Cogniciti’s Brain Health Workshop and their focus on memory education made me very excited to attend.

My experience with the Brain Health Workshop

The workshop has exceeded my expectations! I found the online assessment to be such an innovative idea. It is much more accessible for people who are struggling to book an appointment with their medical practitioner on time or just want to feel reassured that they’re nowhere near developing Alzheimer’s. The hosts of the workshop were extremely warm and friendly and supported me with all the questions I had. What I loved most was the informative, personalized report and the educative session at the end of the memory tests. The coordinator of the workshop took the time to go through very useful and applicable health tips and helped me make wiser decisions to keep my brain young for longer.

The Cogniciti Brain Health Assessment

The assessment was challenging and engaging, and I could really feel my brain working hard! It comprised a few fun exercises which tested my attention, long and short-term memory. No other memory tests I took at my doctors ever did that!

Why I recommend the Cogniciti Brain Health Workshop

I believe that in this day and age no one should overlook their brain health. Memory disorders are on the increase, and we have to be on lookout for early forgetting signs. This is exactly where Cogniciti comes in and gives a helping hand. It truly opens your eyes to the importance of brain health, and it offers solutions and support for those who show signs of memory decline. This shouldn’t be a miss for anyone of old age!
