What is a new user vs a returning user

A new user does not have their email and password registered in our system. We require all users to register their email and create a password.

An existing user has their email and password already registered in our system. If you are an existing user and have selected new user to login, you will be re-directed to the existing user tab to login. If you forgot your password as an existing user, you may click “Forgot your password”, or click here to change it.
