Serves 6

6 slices wholewheat crusty bread
1/3 cup low fat ricotta cheese
2 tbsp liquid honey
6 figs (fresh or dried), sliced

In a toaster oven or toaster, lightly toast bread. In a bowl, stir together cheese and honey; spread
over toast. Arrange fig slices over top.
